- Using a Mind Body And Spirit approach
- The heart is where everything that we truly desire or want comes from. Without the power of the heart and the feeling we give that power ,we only have the minds capabilities and goals (it wants to achieve) and we are not fully asking our true self by not asking the HEART.
- Meditation to quieten the Mind before we start a session will bring us to where we are now in the present moment and sets us up for a session where while being led by the heart space we can fully and truly know where we will be led to.
- Breathwork to take the mind out of the body.By using the power of the breath we can fully take any parts of our body's energy that is stuck and on on a repeat pattern and rebirth that in to the breath of Forgiveness.
- Awareness of the present moment. When goals have been set and we think they are the correct ones and then we procrastinate and struggle to achieve them. This is when an Awareness of the moment session would be activated.
- I work Intuitively and no two sessions are alike. I am guided by my observation of the session and sometimes questions that are not relevant at the time come out but this will always filter back in to the session as it is needed.
- I believe we are all here for a reason and when we set our mind to believe in positive intentions...things start to change...synchronicity starts to happen and we start to see the change we always believed would happen...Coincidence??
- My aim for coaching is to create a perspective shift.Sometimes life is not clear. We don’t have clear goals and we are not looking to simply develop a strength in a part of their life. We are challenged by a much wider question of meaning, purpose, value and satisfaction.
- I am ICF And IAPCM Accredited and I stand over all the hours and experience I have gained for you to consider me as your Heart Led Life Coach.
Holistic Business Coaching
Holistic business coaching is an approach that integrates various aspects of an individual's or organization's life into the coaching process. Rather than focusing solely on business strategies or skills, holistic business coaching considers the whole person and their environment.
I had been in Retail for more years than I can remember and retail was sometimes that has always excited me even though I felt it wasn't right for me to continue within the corporate end of it. I get quite excited when a new business is looking for guidance on where to go and all of a sudden those years of experience come flying back in to a session.
