My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes..

 I use a Holistic approach to coaching. While believing in goals and results as a measure, I use compassion, empathy and love as the backbone of real change.

I use a combination of the 3 types in to the sessions and no one session is a like.

At the moment it is online through Zoom,but am adding a space for In person before the end of the year.

A Heart Led Pathway is a 12 Week program that's developed towards change by seeing what your Heart desires. It incorporates Life Coaching,Meditation,Breathwork and Visualisations.Each month has its own theme:

Month 1-Intention

Month 2-Growth

Month 3-Heart

What sets this different from other programs is that it is comprehensive and covers topics that other programs steer away from because I believe we all have the ability to shape our reality by looking  to our heart for guidance and by using those feelings we have to really get to understand ourselves better.
